Larry Theodore did an excellent job selling our home. My wife and I were skeptical having poor experiences with real estate agents in the past to the point we were considering listing the home ourselves. We put money down on a house out of state and needed to sell our home. Without a doubt Larry Theodore was the agent we wanted. Larry was the most knowledgeable and professional broker I have every dealt with throughout my life buying and selling homes

He gave us guidance on pricing that I think helped sell our house fast. He also seems to have a lot of relationship with other agents who trust in what they are getting when looking at a property he is listing. Larry provided a lot of accurate information as well as references for other parties that we needed that turned out to be very good professionals that we used. Larry remained in contact with us and kept us up to date through out the process until closing was done.

House sold quickly.

Due to our experience with Century21 American Homes, when we went looking for our next home out of state we went no further than a Century 21 office.

My husband and I had strong opinions about the price, sale timeline, and overall strategy for selling our home. Larry was able to combine that with his expertise in the Farmingdale real estate market to competently list our home in a way we felt comfortable with and sell it quickly. The entire process was very smooth and transparent.

Larry was mindful and considerate of all my concerns. He held my hand and answered all my questions.His recommendations o movers, particularly the piano mover proved excellent. After living I my house for 50 years I was naturally reticent but my gears proved groundless.He was particularly helpful at our closing which I insisted he participate in. All in all I couldn't as for a better Agent. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate him a 12.Finally, I consider him a friend and woul not hesitate to use him again or recommend him highly to others.
