I originally bought my house from Larry 33 years ago, so when I needed to sell it I called Larry!! Great service, easy to work with! Kept in constant communication!! I would definitely recommend.

Working with Larry Theodore was a pleasure. He is so professional and prepared even for our first meeting. There are real estate agents then there is Larry Theodore. Larry is a seasoned professional, goes above and beyond for his clients, provides quick follow-up on questions and is a pleasure to work with. I would never consider listed a house with anyone besides Larry. When we did run into a few small challenges during the process that were really not Larry's responsibility to address he was right there....and handled. I have worked with other local agents and was surprised how they just had a hands off approach and left these challenges to the seller alone. My sister arranged a meeting with Larry for us to discuss selling our parent’s house. I immediately felt comfortable talking with him and I could tell that he was the right person to handle our sale. My realtor Larry THEODORE was wonderful. I can’t begin to thank him enough. I called him back in June just to get an idea of how much my house was worth He gave me a quote and I told him that I was interested, but I wanted to wait until the end of the summer and please do not call me until then Larry did not bother me all summer long and he called me the day after Labor Day like I asked him to He had everything organized from from other realtors coming to see my house to attorneys to suggested moving people. He was there through the rough times which does come from moving and he seemed to make everything so much better I would recommend him to everybody who’s moving he was like family and still is like family. We even made him rainbow cookies.
