Even though Larry was working for the seller he did everything possible to make this transaction go as smooth as possible. Any questions or concerns I had he was available instantly and I never had to wait for a response no matter how early or late I contacted him. When we finally scheduled our final walk thru of the property, even though he didn't have to, he showed up to make sure we were satisfied with our decision to purchase the house. There was a light that wasn't working in one of the bathrooms and he sprung into action, checking everything to make sure it was working properly. It might seem like such a small thing for him to do but it was big in our eyes to see him helping with even the most minor of issues. His attention to detail, focus and drive to make things move along as smooth as possible goes unmatched. If I ever did decide to sell I wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Larry did a great job. He priced the house right and got it sold promptly. Stayed on top of every detail from the offer to the closing. Was very proactive at anticipating problems and solving them effectively. He made it very easy for us.

Larry was so good in handling the sale of my mother's house that I plan on using him when I sell my house in Wantagh. Larry made us feel comfortable throughout the process and I always felt he was 100% working on my behalf.
