Larry Theodore and his staff were always available for answering my questions and assisting me. For example their office fielded a message on voicemail . the person said the property maintenance needed to be attended to. They immediately made me aware so I was able to contact my landscaper to remedy overgrowth of lawn. This was very important to me as I live outside Nassau County and I was not able to frequently inspect my home in Farmingdale.
