From the moment Larry Thedore stepped foot in my home my worries were at ease. Building a new home and selling a home at the same time can be quite stressful. Larry made this experience run a lot smoother than I anticipated. Larry Theodore and his staff were always available for answering my questions and assisting me. For example their office fielded a message on voicemail . the person said the property maintenance needed to be attended to. They immediately made me aware so I was able to contact my landscaper to remedy overgrowth of lawn. This was very important to me as I live outside Nassau County and I was not able to frequently inspect my home in Farmingdale.

Larry Theodore was a great agent he saw us years ago when we were thinking if selling when we met him he was so polite and informative . he always persistent and sending us cards in the mail and a poinsettia at Christmas so I knew I had to call him when we were ready to sell our house he was a great agent he was qualified for 30 years with a great record of sales he explained everything to us he helped us along all the way was always ready to answer any questions he was awesome in setting up the open houses and always polite and calling us ahead to let us know if someone wanted to see the house he was always courteous to let us know ahead of time they were coming and at the end he was so helpful at the lawyers office and the closing I really can't say any more then that I highly recommend him I would and I have recommended him to one of my friends and I would recommend him to anyone he's a great agent and he's knows how to sell a house so if you want your house to get sold I would call larry Theodore!!!!
