This was a complicated deal with a unique property. Larry Theodore, or LT as I like to call him, was like having a lawyer/accountant/big brother all roled into one. The man is patient and brilliant. I have been flipping houses for a while and LT is nothing like some of the young hotshot "wanna be's"... The man has class and dignity. We had a bad experience with the first broker my family choose. I finally convinced my brother to part ways with his broker. I called Larry, and he was an absolute beast at selling the house. I got emails everytime there was a showing, He had 25 showing in the first week. he answers the phone always. It is almost like he dreams about selling your home. I do not hand out compliments very easiely but I can say I am thrilled with every aspect of the sale of the house. I had to deal with three other siblings on the sale, so it was a very complicated sale, and Larry made it much easier. There is no thought the next i buy or sell, there is only one broker i am calling. Larry is the man!
